      Pros

      The organization is attempting to streamline processes across the business units. This could be beneficial to all if the implementation is relatively flawless. Sharp focus on quality, safety, and new product development.

      Cons

      Employees are a commodity replaceable by a new process, software program, or replacement level employee. Internal B.U. promotions are rare. Stagnant wages for existing employees.

      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of people who have been building RV's for years. They are the most personable people to ever work with. They all strive to build the best RV in the market. The best source on the how's and why's of building an RV reside in their minds. You just need to respect them and the job they do to get that information.

      Cons

      Lot's of walking. If you can imagine an assembly line for vehicles that are measured in feet. The longer the coach, the bigger the line. It's not unimaginable to put in a minimum of 3 miles of walking each day. Hot and cold market based upon interest rates. Not too many people spend cash on the vehicles. When interest rates are high, production is low.
