      Good workers. Decent money with OT.

      Management. Don't care about the guys on the floor, only getting product shipped out, even if it meant doing half azz work.

      Pros

      There are some really good people and the pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Senior management does not understand how to run the businesses and are too worried about impressing Wall Street instead of running the businesses the right way.

      With current regime, none to speak of.

      Cons

      Conducts quarterly mass layoffs to maintain or inflate stock price. Several divisions are in a death spiral. Avoid like the plague. Products are routinely launched without proper test validation resulting in un-safe, and poor quality products. Poor initial quality and high warranty costs....losing strength and footprint in long-term markets to competitors.
