Pros

A fast paced environment as the corporation transforms their image. A chance to get in on the ground floor of a company that seems to be growing and acquiring.

Cons

The entire management structure has been turned over and with that brings new hires from outside. There is not much room for growth within the company.

Pros

The EE supervisor is easy to talk to and understands his employees because he's been in their position before. The work is challenging.

Cons

Production moves the schedule around too much and puts engineering on the hot seat. Sales orders are not consistent and sometimes have errors that must be questioned and corrected by a call to the customer.

You get Fridays off with the chance to work overtime if wanted but you have to be on the department leads good side.

Cons

The lead is a difficult person to work with pressures employees when unnecessary just to make his self look good with the higher ups.
