Thank you for the review! If you did in fact receive a $0 annual raise, it would have been one of the very few I have ever heard of since working for RFA. I also think Job security is pretty consistent compared to our clients. However, when the economy gets tough, it typically gets tough for everyone.

Great place to start engineering career and gain experience. Lots of exposure to a variety of projects and applications.

Cons

Pay and benefits are not competitive.
