Pros

Firm is small enough to where they treat you like a person but large enough to where they have great opportunities for projects or assignments to work.

Cons

Often the space in which RFA lands work are with and for great companies, and in order to do so, they have to be very competitive. That said, gaining work in such a competitive marketplace does not drive the highest dollar to its employees due to such competitive rates.

Pay and raises are great. Benefits are great. Management actually cares and helps. Work is fun and team is great.

Corporate RFA is sometimes slow with things.
