Thanks for the review! We try to provide good benefits and a schedule that is conducive to peoples' needs. Not all of our positions require travel, but there are some for sure. I guess the good news is that travel is generally pretty minimal (with a very few exceptions).

It's hard to speculate on what specifically happened to give you that impression, but just know that all managers within the company are doing everything they can to make the business successful, all the while keeping employees engaged. Some of the nicest managers i have ever had. Reasonably flexible on hours.

Cons

Vacation time is kind of a joke, compensation could be better as well.

Thanks for the review! I appreciate the nice managers comment! Compensation and PTO are always a struggle. Just know that they are always on our minds, and we are constantly looking for ways to keep up with our industry OEM's. However, when compared to other engineering service companies, we shine pretty bright!
