RFA has built a strong reputation with its clients which provides very diverse opportunities for its employees to get involved. This in turn produces a strong knowledge base off of which to build your future engineering career.

Cons

The most obvious con is that RFA is an engineering service provider, so your salary will not be at the high end of the spectrum.
