There was an attempt by administration to make some aspects of work here enjoyable.

Cons

There is no support for a health work/life balance. There is little support for direct care staff. The work load is unmanageable and communication between administration and staff is poor. Expectations are not clearly conveyed and there is often hostility between individual staff.
