The group model relaxes billing hour requirements while being at an agency. A lot depends on if you have a good director or not.

Cons

The clinical support is mostly focused on liability and doing what their supervisor won't get upset about. Often it's not actually helpful to seek supervision.

Flexibility is great which is probably the only thing that makes people stay as long as they do. With the great flexibility you get complacent and forget you're worth more and do way more than most people. Having the opportunity to work with a great group of people was a plus.
