If there were the option of negative stars, I would rate this company to be -5. But that option doesn't exist.
Pros
I can't think of any. Not one. Seriously. I don't have 20 words of good, not one pro....and I've been working in this field for 5 years.
Cons
No over time pay, in fact, very poor pay for the hard work that goes into this job. handling of serious offenses (sexual harassment from independent clients) was extremely unprofessional. They cut my hours, unpaid, then tried to demote me, told me to take a job an hour away from my home and work double time to make the hours AND take a pay cut to do it. They did not take the initiative to educate the individuals or press the urgency of the criminal offense. If you are ok with crap pay and working in a hostile environment while having unprofessional "qualified professionals" manage you...then by all means take the risk.
