You can make as much overtime as you want. Direct deposit. Insurance after 90 days, thats if you last.

Upper management is very unprofessional, unorganized.lack of trained staff, with zero, to no experience and expertise in developmental disabilities.

Working in a rewarding field is the biggest Pro. Great support from upper management. Great co-workers. This company never puts money above quality care, Providing what is needed to those we support

Cons

Incentives and bonuses are non existent unless you are upper management. When raises were given everyone got the same amount regardless of work history. I think employees who work hard should be rewarded and shown appreciation.
