Awesome clients/residents, very rewarding, learn new things, fresh perspective on life. Decent pay, decent hours, good benefits.

CO-WORKERS & fellow employees!!! Upper management very rarely disciplines or fires their employees because of high turnover rate, (people quit). Employees continuously show up 20 minutes late for shift, call out, or sit in the couch doing nothing. You are always asked to come in and work on your days off and there is so much unrecognized laziness with no repercussions from management. This is why I quit and I would not recommend this company. I loved the job, the people I helped, but the company as a whole was very unorganized. Such a shame...

This was my first real full time job. I really enjoyed the free food that we got to eat every week, as well as the relaxed environment and work schedule.

Cons

I can't say that there were any real cons to working at this job because it was by far one of the best jobs I have had in my short working history.
