Work with amazing individuals.

Cons

Management gives themselves bonuses and never gives DSP's bonuses or raises -- Raises are written into your contract, but they don't ever give them. Management doesn't care when staff are sleeping on the job and sometimes abusing residents -- they just want warm bodies to fill the shifts. Lots of turnover

Cons

Messy at times, behaviors and a need for patience(which could be considered a pro for some).
