Cons

The director is condescending and so rude with clients, vendors and definitely staff. The pay is extremely low .

Flexible to a degree when it comes to work schedule. Clients are the best part of the job though sometimes they can be a handful. There is talk of a slight raise. Some potential for bonuses when working extra shifts.

Cons

Management can sometimes be lacking in compassion or understanding. Sometimes overworked and under appreciated. Pay for work done could definitely be a lot better. Coworkers aren't always that helpful so that can make the job a lot more tedious on any person.
