Pros
In my experience with RHA I felt well supported by leadership, like my colleagues all genuinely cared about the clients served, and that I learned several valuable clinical skills. The pay was also better than average for the area. I also found a healthy work-life balance and was able to contain work to working hours.
Cons
Like anywhere working with insurance and state funding there was the bureaucracy and paperwork that comes with that.
