Pros

Communication between DSP workers and Administration is very good. DSP workers work very well together, Administration returns calls or text in a timely manner.

Cons

Correct errors in pay to the employees, not leave it to the employee to correct especially when its the company's error.

The kids and aides are awesome but RHA can't keep the required complement of teachers and even when they can you are doing the job of 2 people and not compensated the same as being in a normal school district. You end up doing the job of 6 people and you burn out!

Cons

Easy to be overwhelmed, overworked and poorly compensated. I spent $3000 a year in supplies as I rarely got tge stipend promised and had to plan 3 FREE field trips per week.
