      - Experience gaining work with adults with IDD for new social workers - Salary pay - Very little oversight until survey prep - Work from home as often as needed

      Cons

      - Cliques form quickly and will team up against you - Lack of organization and structure among management team - Lots of phone calls makes it difficult to balance work and life due to constant needs of managers and invisible "corporate" entities - Everything falls in "And Other Duties as Assigned" when someone else drops the ball

      - the clients - health insurance

      - the management is horrible - you get a ton of pto but you can never use it - limited resources for help - so much drama within the company - lazy employees

      Micromanagement and tons of miscommunication at times. Half people have been with the company for over 7 years plus. Management needs deeper skills in communication.
