Never boring, Get lots of experience with multiple types of clientele. Some paid training (CEUs), you're able to help people and make an impact of hurting people. Also, I have a family member with a chronic illness and they have been very good to work with me on this with the use of FMLA

Easily hired, bonds with individuals, sometimes lots of downtime

Cons

Poor training, not enough compensation, hardly any room for raises/to move positions, work all holidays, stuck at work if next staff doesn’t show up.
