      Some of the clients are great, a few coworkers great but everyone always worried about being fired.

      Cons

      Medicaid fraud, illegal billing, unethical, others "buy" the clients, expect a minimum of 50 hours a week, and 24/7 even when you weren't hired for that. Will cover 4 or more counties when you were hired for 2
