Pros

I've been working for the company over 7 years and its grown substantially during that time and I've had the opportunity to develop my role. I have worked with some amazing and talented people. We are now a global company and I have loved the opportunity to work with different cultures and travel overseas for projects. Salary and benefits are good, especially the work life balance.

Cons

Can't really think of any if I'm honest. There are always frustrations with any company at times, but mostly things are good.
