I never had an issue with pay for my specific position.

Cons

You can be excellent at your job but if they don’t want you at their company they will get rid of you. Create issues and make your job unnecessarily difficult. And God for bid you excel in spite of it. They will vilify your character and your value as an employee. Others with half the work ethic will be favored and offered more opportunities. You just need to be friends with senior management and HR.
