Pros
By far the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is more like family. If your immediate family goes through a loss or gain, your Rise family goes through it also. My son is a US Marine, the pride is felt in everyone at Rise along with the concern when he deploys. When I had my daughter almost 6 years ago, my Rise family gained a new family member! All of this isn't just with my immediate co-workers it's with the partners also. They continually show interest in each person that works for the company.
Immediate supervisors have always been flexible with personal schedules when a need comes up. You're not micro-managed, but empowered to be a strong leader in everything you do. I love they are a faith based company and am blessed to work here and working toward my 10th year now!
