      - The talent level is extremely high - The focus on values, specifically kindness really shows itself in the culture - Lots of outlets for creativity - Fun & collaborative working environment - So much to learn and do which sets you up for so much growth both personally and professionally

      - Workload can become cumbersome at times

      Pros

      I loved being part of the team at RIVA. I was close to the members of my team and felt supported by leadership. I always felt that my thoughts and opinions were heard and valued. I was very impressed with the company-wide efforts to maintain a positive work environment and always improve company policies.
