      None. Run. Find something worth your time.

      This company managers are posting the only positive reviews on here. Whenever something bad is posted, they have a rotation for their managers to take turns trying to counter act the negative review. While working there, people go in and out like a revolving door. They have a HUGE turnover for employees.

      No real cons from my perspective. Unless you're the type individual who wants to simply be told what, where, when, and how to do things. You won't get that at RIVA. At RIVA you'll get guidance, assistance, encouragement, and the freedom to step out to do your job well.
