Great work/life balance, ability to grow within your career and a truly dedicated HQ staff who cares about the employees and is truly employee-centric.

Cons

Not sure if this is truly a con but they are experiencing exponential success and growth so growing pains are to be expected

Pros

Hey It’s a job right? They gave a holiday bonus gift card. Corporate personnel seemed nice in person.

Cons

Insurance isn’t the best ... over high copays Hard to get in contact with anyone within the company. The pay isn’t good and the company doesn’t seem to truly appreciate their employees. They expect high quality work for pennies.
