Work-life balance with option to work remotely during the pandemic Great leaders who believe in the development of their team members

Cons

Poor HR leadership which has led to extensive turnover in the HR team Minimal learning & development opportunities/programs with a tuition reimbursement program that isn't consistent Poor compensation compared to competitors
