Pros
I have been at RLDatix for just over a year. I think it is a very progressive and forward-thinking company. It cares about its contributions to its industry as well as its employees. While technically a software company, RLDatix thinks of itself as a healthcare company, partnering with its clients to make sure its products are meeting their needs.
The company has recently revamped its employee development and performance management programs. There are now two career development tracks: management and functional expertise. A development I really appreciate because not everyone wants to be a people manager (or some of us used to, and are quite content to be individual contributors again). The effort put into these plans shows that the company cares about its employees and their job & career satisfaction.
The company is good about communicating with employees. There is a regular cadence of town hall meetings, departmental meetings, email communications, and several requests for feedback via surveys.
Benefits are decent. Health / Dental / 401K are good. PTO starts at 18 vacation days + 5 wellness days, and gradually increase with seniority.
Cons
Pay & bonuses could be a little higher. But I think it's a trade-off given the career development opportunities.
