      - Thorough training program - Self- teaching for training at your own pace - Great work/life balance - Fair salary - Open and positive culture

      Cons

      - There is a big learning curve to learn the product suites, but they allow you to learn at your own pace.

      Pros

      Working for Allocate Software, I can only speak positively about both the colleagues in my team and every person I interacted with. Allocate has incredibly supportive employees working at the utmost each day and it was a pleasure to be a part of that environment.

      Cons

      There were very little problems in my employment - the only thing would be that I wad offered a new position but couldn't fully commit to it because I hadn't been replaced, so I never had chance to actually complete these tasks.
