I have recently started my new job position as Accounts Payable Assistant at Allocate Software and I can say that I am honored to work in such a organized, learning-friendly and employee development-focused company.
Regarding to my interview process, I believe that ever since the beginning I was provided with all the necessary details about the company itself, as well as for the job position I was applying for. The recruiters, the HR team and my colleagues from finance who interviewed me back then gave me a great opportunity to discuss everything about my career interests, previous experience, and professional goals, and made sure checking if this new job position would match my professional profile.
They approached me in a very professional manner, made me feel comfortable and made the whole recruiting process a good experience and not a stressful one. They were competent and they paid full attention to me as a candidate for the new role.
Last but not least, the HR team and my colleagues from finance also showed how leading by example should look like, which has continued ever since then.
