When it comes to career development, we do have a number of programmes and tools available to support colleagues with their careers. In fact, over 110 people have been promoted or moved into a new role over the past six months. We can be a very fast moving business at times. I would suggest if workload feels overwhelming have a conversation with your manager. Being clear on priorities helps to identify what needs to be completed in what order. Thank you for such positive feedback. We’ve focussed heavily in creating a working environment where people feel like they’re making a positive contribution. We’re continuing to invest in the Skopje office and planning to grow the size of the team over the coming year. More friendly and hard-working people can only be a good thing for both our colleagues and customers. As COVID restrictions ease, I would encourage everyone to spend time in the office as well to help those who are new to company settle in and also develop even stronger working relationships with their peers.
