We take all feedback seriously, and we want to provide additional context about the referenced event. As part of the Holiday event, we had an internal raffle for prizes. One winner was selected first, followed by a few people whose names were drawn and announced as losing entries from the pool to continue the suspense in the raffle. Every person drawn was invited to pick the next name, and many attendees laughed at the non‑serious nature of the moment. Then a final winner was chosen. As with any raffle, some people win and others do not, but no one was asked to call themselves a "loser." While most appeared to take the moment in stride, we recognize that experiences can vary and regret that at least one person felt uncomfortable. That said, the portrayal of the event as threatening or punitive does not reflect what occurred. We also ask that language referring to our teammates be chosen with care and respect. We remain committed to fostering a positive, respectful environment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts.
