RLDatix has been evolving and growing in the past year, and though change can become a complex process, the company stays true to its mission of providing the Healthcare industry with tools that improve the quality of care. Being able to collaborate with different staff members around the globe has given me the opportunity to learn a lot at a very fast pace. The benefits and fun perks in our office have not changed. There is a lot of opportunities for the company to preserve its leadership position in the market and collaborating with key stakeholders in the industry.

I've worked at RLDatix for two and a half years now and have only positive things to say! There is a great, collaborative culture, where people work hard but get rewarded too. No matter what team you are in, everyone is willing to pitch in and help - it's a really supportive environment to work in. Since the merger of RL and Datix, this team culture has been extended. I now get to travel and work with more talented people.
