      Wrok/life balance, teamwork, cool employees.

      Cons

      Orginizaitonal knowledge is low. I am not 100% sure regarding other products etc. The staffing seems a little low.

      Finally, my DREAM JOB!

      Pros

      Working remotely allows flexibility. Great pay and benefits! The supervisors are so helpful and patient. The amount of resources for credentialing are "out of this world"! The town halls keep us all informed of changes to come. I was given an amazing person to work with after my training and I really appreciated that extra time to learn all the resources available. My supervisor is also very helpful and always has his door open for issues or questions. If you are fortunate to get hired here, I guarantee you will love it! I wish I could get everyone of my family a job here at RLDatix! I am so impressed with this company and the leadership. RLDatix is going places, so jump in, buckle up and enjoy the ride of your life!

      Cons

      I only wish that we did not have to be "on camera" during meetings. I do understand the reasoning because you do want everyone engaged and present. If we don't get enough notice about a meeting some of us remote workers aren't given enough time to be presentable. I really can't think of any other cons to working for RLDatix.
