Flexible, calm environment, relatively well compensated, good benefits

With nearly twenty years bidding experience in software, I know a lot about what a good bid team looks like. I've found it here. The organisational structure is the right fit for the bid team. Added to this, our manager is the best manager I have ever worked for. She's phenomenal - supportive, intelligent and hardworking. She works for the benefits of the company as a whole and the teams and individuals. My fellow team members are hard working, dedicated and collaborative, as are the wider team. But more importantly for the culture, they are actually nice people. I never want to leave.
