Flexible working hours, work from home, always helping teammates, great team, supportive manager.

Cons

Not enough parking space, not enough sitting desks in the office for all employees, the yearly merit should be applied in the same month of the yearly reviews....

the salaries are not very competetive weird new management decisions that are just trying to micromanage everything instead of just letting us work and meetings oh so many meetings
