      Pros

      The colleagues! The team is great and unselfishly willing to share knowledge with the new members of the team. Also, the work-life balance is encouraged and the working environment and atmosphere is friendly and positive. Also, there are a great benefits for the well-being of the employees.

      Nice physical office space and location in the city.

      Harassment, organizational neglect, reactive, no planning, no goal setting, no teamwork, no improvement.
