Pros

Free vending available on site and private health insurance.

Cons

Bad management, very old fashioned ways, not much inclusivity, very white dominated. You will be expected to get on with things even if you are not trained for this. You will not understand what the company does as there isn't any product training at the beginning. If you ask someone what the company does they don't know what to say other than they are a bubble of different softwares. Not environmentally friendly as staff are still printing paper way to often. We are in a world where online documents are easy to create.

We too recognize that we’re not providing a solid enough onboarding experience as it relates to understanding our business and our products. We have recently launched a project around global onboarding to pull this all together and make it available to new hires. RLDatix has a very simple vision: Safer healthcare for all. And all of our core products sit within the healthcare operations cloud. This is something we are working to demystify. We agree with you on the importance of every employee understanding what the company does.

Poor leadership and management

Pros

Salary wasn’t terrible. Ability to work autonomously.

Cons

Management have no understanding on anything. Senior management don’t do their jobs. Restructuring that makes zero sense - plans, organisation, design. Dead weight kept. Zero consideration towards clients.

Lack of leadership support, lack of care for employees, gatekeeping information relevant to growth and regular turnover/lay offs.
