- Colleagues are great, the people you work with are fantastic - They splurge on company events which are fun to attend

Cons

- Undervalue their data, have little to no structure for utilising the massive amounts of information they have - Pay way too low compared to competitors - Thankless work, often feeling isolated or unappreciated, had colleagues who were belittled by management
