Pros

Offers a lot of flexibility, a lot of ownership over your work and transparency throughout the organization. Offers a lot of opportunity for growth as well. Great all-around compensation benefits for employees

Pros

The culture is phenomenal. They are absolutely employee focused. No micromanagement, you are allowed to do the job you were hired to do. Access to senior executive level leadership for assistance or just to say hello - they operate like a company that truly wants their people to be happy and enjoy working there.

Cons

None - this place is amazing.

Pros

Open minded. Collaborative. Flexible. Employee focused. Hardworking and SMART employees. Easy access to different levels of management (Executives can be found walking around and talking to employees!). Great intern program.

Cons

Product groups are very siloed, which is both good and bad. Unless you work with a Product directly, it's not always easy to know or understand what another Product group is doing. We've made strides in making this better.
