Pros
This is a really good place to work. Is it perfect, no, no place is, but I truly believe that everyone here cares about everyone else, trying to make RMG a stand-out company, and making RMG profitable. We don't have the nicest buildings and the brake room carpet has a lived-in feel, but those things take money to fix or update and that directly impacts our bottom line. The carpet functions, the buildings don't leak and stay warm in the winter. There's breakfast on Fridays and a friendly respectful climate at every office. This isn't Google or Ford. It's a company that started with one visionary and grew to about 100 people. There have been rough spots and things we could have done better; anyone will admit that. We recover and learn from our mistakes. If you are looking to work at RMG, don’t let a few bad reviews, from people that were actually the problem, sway you. RMG is a great place to work and if you are willing to work the job, we would be honored to have you work here.
Cons
There is always work to do. This isn’t a bad thing, it’s how we make a profit, but know that you will need to work your hours to be successful here.
