Pros
The company is 100% employee owned. The employees are truly invested in performing at their highest level to make the company successful. There is truly a team atmosphere and everyone is encouraged to provide input and opinions and are “heard”. The company has competitive compensation and a great benefits package. People are friendly and helpful.
Cons
The workloads are very heavy in some locations and the work is very fast paced. More trained staff would allow for a less stressful work life and to feel less rushed performing duties. A better training system would help employees perform their duties more accurately.
