Pros
I have been with the company for over a year now and have had a great experience. Leadership is very transparent and I do feel like I'm apart of a great team. Pay is great and excellent opportunity for growth!
Cons
the company transitioned to a new ERP system, so working out the kinks there, but overall, I feel like RMS has some great people managing some epic things. I'm pretty fortunate to have found such a great place to work.
