Pros

The family environment is what keeps me here. Everyone is open and accepting of differences and they put you ahead of the bottom line. Hope to remain here til I am no longer a value to their growth.

Cons

Worst thing is just my commute. It takes me about 50 mins to get to and from home.

Pros

Good Place to get a Fundamental understanding to learn about tires, rims and front end work on a vehicle.

Cons

The Sale People make more than the Techs with there sales. the Tech do the heavy lifting and get nothing. RNR is a tire and Rim Concept Company but sometimes front end work must be made on the vehicle and the TEchs in the back doe not make almost close to nothing on commission , techs mostly only work hourly.
