No job security, change your wages from program to program. Training is very choppy and unorganized, not flexible with medical appointments

Work from Home Side Job Co Workers are fun!

Cons

Low pay No communication between upper and lower management No Raises unless you advance, and advancing in this company is done by favoritism. No one cares if you work hard. It's about who you are friends with. Campaigns they place you on can end quickly or last a long time. You never know what it is going to be. Requests off are biased.
