Pros

The people that ROI Revolution hire are genuinely nice people. People are friendly to each other and it creates a great environment to go to work every day. With a fully stocked kitchen, weekly catered lunches and game room the perks are great as well! I think one of the best parts about ROI Revolution is how wonderful the senior management team is and how open they are to receiving feedback.

Cons

I think one growth opportunity that ROI Revolution has (and is addressing) is diversity and inclusion at the company. Before I left the company, senior management addressed their plan for diversity and inclusion, which seems promising!

Pros

Young staff on the cutting edge of internet marketing. Great benefits. Kitchen is always stocked and lunch us catered in Fridays.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. Compensation disproportionate to revenue driven. Has normal growing pains of a young company. Management lacking in direction at times.

Pros

Definitely one of the most thorough interviews I've ever had! I went through a total of five meetings/interviews with HR and everyone was very nice. They asked great, thoughtful questions and want to make sure that they are hiring the absolute best. It was also the first interview I had for a real job and they did a great job of making sure I felt comfortable and at ease.

Cons

After one of the interviews, they gave me a 100+ page book and asked me to read it before I came in for my next interview a week later. It was an interesting book, but not terribly convenient. I was a college senior at the time about to begin finals and finishing my senior thesis, so it was very difficult for me to make time to do an in depth reading of the book.
