Pros

Well-structured, team-oriented agency with a five star training process. Most importantly, you're supported by team leadership, and there's opportunity for growth. ROI genuinely cares- not only about their clients, but also employees.

Cons

Need to be able to adapt with change- as with any agency.

Pros

Competitive environment that brings out the best in everyone Builds your analytical and customer-facing skills Great benefits and perks, cool office

Cons

It's an agency, can be long hours and high turnover Flat structure, tough to get into management Became less of a meritocracy over time Over time, the value provided exceeds worth at company

Thank you for opening up about your previous experience at ROI. We very much agree with your advice to management, and invest heavily in training and mentoring managers as a result; we also recently implemented changes to our performance review process to reinforce our commitments to both accountability and meritocracy. We have added several new management roles and other higher-level roles in the past few months, and have also created programs focused on development within our existing roles (including our cross-service learning program). We believe these investments will enable continuous growth for our team members, but would welcome any ideas you have beyond what I’ve shared. Please reach out to me directly if interested! Best, Petra
