Pros

The best way to describe ROI is that it has a great atmosphere and office culture. Everyone in the office, no matter what their position, seems to genuinely enjoy their work and are excited about their jobs and the new challenges that come with it each day. Day-to-day work involves a nice balance between client interaction, team brainstorming, companywide education, and autonomous work. You have guidance and feedback from supervisors but you also have the ability to prioritize and structure your day based on your own personal workflow. As mentioned previously, there are many nice office perks--stocked kitchen, team celebrations, companywide lunch, etc--that promote taking breaks as well as getting to know your team members and coworkers. The traditional perks--compensation, benefits, overtime, etc--also can't be beat. When you combine that with the fact that you're doing work that has an impact, you have a great position. In my time working here I have seen many people get promoted to various positions so there is definitely opportunity for growth and recognition for those who excel.

Cons

The pros drive the cons in this position. With challenging daily work that truly makes a difference, comes a constant pressure to outperform that makes it hard to turn off at the end of the day. With the dedicated personalities that embody the workforce at ROI, it is not surprising to feel this way! The fact that there is always more that you can be doing is exciting but can also be daunting if you don't keep a good work life balance.

Pros

Overall I have nothing but positive remarks about ROI Revolution. The recruiter Courtney was a great introduction to the company, and she made my interview process very enjoyable. In each of my interviews different managers and team members always made me feel very welcome and at ease. Everyone in the office, from administrative employees to analysts, always seemed to be smiling and enjoying their work day. When I was offered my position I was introduced to my team, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m one month into my career at ROI, and I can honestly say they had the best overall hiring and training experience of all the companies where I applied.

Cons

The only con is the steep learning curve, but if you can make it through the tests and interviews you are obviously capable of handling the job.

Pros

Great coworkers and management. Great team building activities. ROI Revolution does an amazing job accommodating everything that we may need(aka, I didn't like my chair and requested a new one. They put it together and had it by my desk in a week.) I walk into work every day excited to see everyone and get to work. There is a great atmosphere here and everyone is very supportive and attentive. Company lunches every Friday, team lunch and teambuilders once a month. You definitely have the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge and make lasting friends here.

Cons

It is not a particularly easy job but you know what the job is when you sign up. As long as you can commit to working hard every day, there shouldn't be a problem.
