Thank you for your review! As you mentioned, learning is a huge part of the culture at ROI Revolution. From the start, we are committed to making sure our team members have frequent and meaningful opportunities to learn and grow their skill sets, enabling them to meet their personal and professional goals. In Client Services, one’s specific set of clients can have a big impact on their day to day. Our leadership team works closely with our sales department to identify client relationships that will be successful for both the client and our teams. We also strive to create a diverse set of client accounts for each team member to build their skills in various areas. If you have additional thoughts on more we can do in this area, we’d love to hear from you! I’d encourage to reach out directly to one of our Service Directors or our VP of Client Services to discuss. Best, Barbara Green SVP of HR

Pros

You can start raw, and become an expert in the field, and a valuable asset to your clients and the company. You will develop the appropriate client management, time management, and project management skills. Hopefully, you will learn to understand numbers AND people.

Cons

At some point, if you excel, the value of your skills in the market will exceed what the cost structure of an agency organization allows (this applies to almost all agencies). Understand when that is and plan accordingly. PS - This isn't a bad thing. It should be your expectation of any company (that isn't a Forbes 500 company or a huge organization) if you desire a successful professional career.

Thank you for sharing about your experience working at ROI! I’m glad to hear that you have seen the value in our new hire training and investment in continued education and development for our team members. Working in a data-driven, client services organization like ours certainly allows the benefit of understanding both numbers and people, a balance that seems to provide a lot of fulfillment to our teams! As you mentioned, we are a smaller organization. While opportunities for advancement don’t always align perfectly with each person’s desired timeline, we strive to do our best to support career growth and development through things like regular 1:1s with your manager, career conversations, standing open office hours with senior leadership, and competitive compensation that is reviewed regularly against the market. If you have additional suggestions related to career growth, I would love to hear your thoughts during my OOH! Best, Barbara Green SVP of HR
