Pros
The management team is really supportive, with flexible working hours, team social events, and opportunities around every corner to build your skill sets. Its genuinely an exciting company to be a part of, sometimes feeling more like a revolution than a company, as we take on the world, one software update, and one client launch at a time!
Cons
We are scaling rapidly, so sometimes you'll be expected to work long hours with little guidance. This never goes unappreciated though, and there is always satisfaction in knowing you are building something great and personally contributing.
