Cons

The micromanagement at Ross is the highest of any company ever. Daily phone calls, texts or emails asking for pictures of things you have done. Daily monitoring of every tiny process that you do in the store. You spend as much time sending pictures and responding to emails and texts as you do actually doing your job.
